Shipping Rates
Please check product page for shipping rates. Essential Mall offers flat rate shipping rates as long as the products are being dispatched from the same warehouse. When you click on “Add to Shopping Cart”, the next page will clearly show the relevant shipping charges.

Tracking Your Package
You will be notified via your email of what shipping company has been used and your parcel tracking details.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
